Booking and Prices

We continuously strive to provide the best service and present accurate and up-to-date information on our website, but errors may occur. Please confirm prices and details with us before making a booking.

By making a travel booking on our website, you accept and agree to all Terms all information provided by you for the purpose of such booking is true, accurate, current and complete.

Bookings on Behalf of Another Person:
If you make a booking for someone other than yourself, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for that other traveler. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf; that you have obtained all necessary consents; and that you will inform them of these Terms and warrant that they accept and agree to them. You are also responsible for making all payments due for your booking, notifying us if any changes or cancellations are required.

Booking Confirmation:
Once we receive your order and deposit, we will confirm the availability of all components and send you a confirmation email within 1-2 business days. If any of your selected options or components are not available, we will notify you and give you the option to change your booking or cancel it and receive a refund of your deposit.

Once the booking is paid in full, the package price will not change. Unless you request a Change or Adjustment to your booking. In this case the price will adjust according to the changes to the booking.

Book Now, Pay Later:
We always provide convenience for travelers who want to make a booking on our site. You can make a booking without making a deposit first. Payment is made at pick-up at Airport or where you are staying to complete the booking administration issues.

Cancellation Fee:
For every booking made, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee if:
1. Cancellation of the booking at least 24 hours before the tour is conducted we will charge 100% of the total booking.

2. Cancellation of the booking at least 48 hours before the tour is conducted, we will charge the price of 1 time tour according to the booking data.

3. Cancellation 1 week before the tour, we do not charge any fees.
